Title: Blue pumpkin integration for multimedia

Can BP WFM be configured to integrate with multimedia solution -connect to interaction server for real time events and fetch open media/multimedia stats from stat server for histrical.  Any one  knows what changes needs to be done on BP side to make the integration possible ?
