hi all,

our clinet wants to develope a coustom softphone. I am not sure which s/w i have to use to interface genesys with coustom softphone.
may be Gplus adaptors or ActiveX Desktop Toolkit or something else???

could please guide me

ACtive X is going to die, use Platform SDK or GIS
