Title: GVP menu with ASR

Hi guys,
I'm on the planning of a GVP with ASR and the customer is hard to convince, he wants to still use ASR only on a few options and others keep with DTMF...which I think is a really bad idea as customer will be confused and the call will not be fluently...what do you think? Are there any document that says good practices about this? Anything?

Cav, you are very correct!  There are many places you can go for this, but in the interest of time, here are three good places to start that you can pull some ammunition for your argument:
