Title: GVP Proactive ... how to set a Dial Tone S.OS.
Post by: GenesysNewbie on December 16, 2009, 01:24:05 AM
Hi guyz,

i have this full gvp proactive (not a obn native solution) solution, but the calling list provided is populated (in a customer process) with only 9 digits numbers. In order to dial i need 10 digits, the first one is the number who active the dial tone. (off hook - 9 for dial tone - phone number).

In outbound i can set in OCS a public_access_network_code = L9  parameter, so it means L is teh tone, and teh 9 is the number who atives the dial tone... looking the manuals, this parameter requires a CPD in order to dial...

In Proactive CPD is not used. ??? SO the BIG QUESTION, how to set this dial tone digit ??

thanks in advance

Hi,

Have you tried to configure the option "public_network_access_code" for calling list used by Power GVP campaign? You must not use Dialogic specific parameters (like L) but specify the number (9) only.

Hi,

This parameter is used by OCS every time it sends request to make a call. There is optional part - Dialogic control parameter - of this parameter that is CPD specific. Have you tried it or not?
