TserverIVR didn't work for me properly in warm standby mode.
I think this is because they expect us to use load balance.

What problem you got with warm standby?, i have setup two ivr servers and tservers in primary/backup mode, but i cannot switchover one tserver to another, sci shows service unavailabe forever.

That would be right as the second IVR T-Server is not connected to the GLI link.  We have it set to Load balance for GVP.  On another integration with a First Contact IVR through the IVR SDK the results are similar in that the secondary IVR Server is always unavailable until the primary fails.  So far our testing shows that you cannot use the SCI fail over function.

We haven't found a way to have one GLI link dually connected to an IVR T-Server.  If anyone has any further information that would be appreciated.

As I recall, in their doc, it only supports warm standby thru load balance.
Yes, you would see service is unavail and switch over function is disabled.

You can configure Alarms/Actions to start and stop the main/secondary.  This will work as backup service.
