Hello,
Hopefully you can help. Any call that routes through our Genesys infrastructure cuts off after 60 minutes. Does anyone know where this setting could be configured?
Based on the logs, it appears SIP server is doing a verification every 20 minutes to ensure all parties are still available. On the third pass, the SIP server sends a BYE message and drops the call.
Help?

Could you post here debug level log of SIP Server?

It almost sounds like the Call Cleanup process.
In the options for the TServer SIP, there should be a [call-cleanup] section. What are the values of the options for your SIP Server?
