Title: Not reporting every 30 minutes problem Brio/Hyperion with RGA Assistant

Hi everyone, i´m new in the world of Genesys, i´m developing historical reports over brio, i have break times of 00:30 minutes configured for my Reports in ETL (Time Profiles). I created a Brio´s template with RGA Assistant ,but when i process the information, checking Detail Level Results I notice that not all the time the data output is every 30 minutes, many times it is every 15 minutes in a mixed way. I don´t know what is happening. Can someone help me please? I am attaching a capture...

Hi there,
looks like at 12/15/09 04:00PM you change the deault time profile for ODS.

Interesting one this. I had the same thing happen to me, only to be told that it would not happen like it did.

for some strange reason, the 30min time profile was also applied to pre existing default timeprofile layouts.

ditch the 30 min for now, as it will be effecting other reports i would expect.

Timur: i don't change the time profile because it was a new report created from "0" the data generated was the first one. Any other idea please?  :'(

Mark: What you have tried when you started with this trouble??

I have to eliminate options because the person who asked for this reports is very special  >:(

Look at time profile seting for you reporting layout(see report_time_profile.jpg for example) and then look at time profile set setings(time_profile_setting.jpg for example)

I removed the 30min time profile and all started working fine. Not sure what caused the error though. Have been advised that it should be safe to create again, but since being told it has been decided that it is not needed.

Raise a ticket with your support and have it passed to your SI or Genesys, see if they can find out what happened.
