Hi all,
We are currently implementing routing using G6.1/Definity G3 and there is strange thing: Template Wizard in CCPulse is disabled...
Maybe someone have an idea why, and could provide any solution/explanation/workaround?

In the CME for the Person, you need the add the Administrator rank for the CCPulse. Looks like you have set in the user rank.

A couple of things to check.......

anyway a couple of things to check....
1. Did you install/copy the templates when installing ccp?
2. Have you assigned the admin rank to the user trying to run ccp?

Thank you all for your help adding an admin rank solved this problem!
