Hello, All!
I need to implement agent statistic in dedicated statistic ticker bar in GAD. According to GAD 7.6 Deployment Guide, the possible values for such statistic object is only Agent or ACD Queue. I want to show to agents number of waiting calls in specific virtual queue(s) (we don't using ACD queues for call distribution). Has someone any ideas how to add this type of statistic to the bar?
