In the interface of the GAD, when I go to Agent Place Status, there is a yellow message that appear on the top of that window "Your place is now used by another agent" (i.e. voice (####@swithcA4400) Disable). That is because an agent did a bad "log in" into the softphone using another Agent login in it instead of his Agent login.

So, I'd like to find a way to eliminate that yellow message on the top.
