Title: Hiding all agents in CCPulse

Hi all,
I am looking at hiding all the agents whether they are logged in or logged out, and then only show them when a criteria is met.  I can do the hide logged in and hide logged out, and the show on criteria is fine also, but is there a way to hide the agents in all other states without having to daisy chain a list of possible states?

Any help appreciated

Try using the "is not equal to" operator in your Threshold... Something like [b]!=[/b]
