Title: Displaying attached data in CCPulse
Post by: james on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Is it possible to display an attached data string in CCPulse?

We have agents with multiple skills, and we want to be able to identify which type of call they are on. We have attached data that identifies the call, but how could we use a filter / custom stat to show the actual string in an agent template?

What is wrong with using PairExists keyword?
If you can for example have PairExists("Activity","AAA Bonds") set as a filter... That would just show you the stats with attach data "activity" being "aaa bonds"...

I want to be able to select a list of agents, and to see their status. When an agent is on an inbound call, I want to display an attached data item showing which function that agent is working on. This data could be 'sales' or 'service' or 'spanish'. I don't think this will be visible in CCPulse.

One idea I had was to attach an integer, and to display the max value, and then use a threshold to change the colour of the field. Supervisors could then identify the type of call the agent is working on by a colour code...

I would suggest to define set of filters (PairExists(..,..) one for each skill) and then to put those filters on the status statistic creating new set of statistics (one statistic for one skill) and using them in CCPulse. So you would have agent activities tracked by separate statistics (one statistic per one skill) and you can give meaningful names for them.

Anyone able to show me how to build or give me a suggested setting of the statistic using the filters shown in here.  I too would like to be able to the show the skill of the current call in a CCPulse view.  I mainly use the canned stats in stat server.

Thanks in advance,

Neil
