Title: Call Flow from the call made till the call released

Hi All,

I'm relatively new to Genesys CTI. Can anybody please help me with this query. It would be very helpful if you can explain with the Events and Messages.

That can't be answered, it's too generic, it depends on direction, environment deployed, strategy implemented, DN's used etcetera
