Title: Calculating statistics

I want to be able to show 'percentage accessibility' statistics in CCPulse. (abandoned calls divided by entered calls multiplied by 100.)

Anyone know how to perform calculations with multiple statistics?

In QueueView you have the statistic called AbandCallsPercentage calculated as Sum(CallAbandoned)*100/(Sum(CallDistributed)+Sum(CallAbandoned))
