Hi all,
I have added 2 x D/4PCI cards to my VTO server with the hope being that these will provide me an extra 8 VTO ports.
Previously, we only had a D/120JCT card which provides 12 extensions to Genesys to play voice treatments.
The D/120 is now using selection "1", with the 2 new cards i have set to "2" and "3" on the "selection wheel" on the board.
The D/120 is still working fine and all 3 boards seem happy in DCM and are showing as "green" and the new extra 8 channels show in the "Multithreaded voice" option also :)
So, all looks good so far but, i now need to understand how i can point a new channel to one of my existing extension numbers, so that i can confirm that Genesys is happy to use a VTO port on either the D/120 or one of the new cards. Basically, that the D/120 and D/4PCI cards are compatible and can "work together"
So, can anyone tell me how to configure and "align" a channel to an extension number please on a VTO server ??
Is there just a parameter file somewhere and if so, can anyone give me a clue as to what it is please or where to look ??
Many thanks,
Sean
Note: I know i will need to add a new VTO license key file at some stage but i just want to prove that the new cards will work and are fit for purpose beforehand.
