Hi,
We would like to play avaya annoucement on IVR Treatment without declare the time of this announcement on Genesys.
Is it possible ?
We propose to our customer to register announcement which will be play on the Genesys strategies.
In this case, we don't know how long will be the announcement !!
The strategie Genesys route calls on the routing point 12345
vectoring :
-collect 5 digits after announcement none for Z
-adjunct routing link 4
-wait 55 sec hearing Z then ringback
This vectoring make Genesys wait 55 sec. each time before follow the strategie.
How can Genesys get back the control on the call after the announcement without timeout ?
