Title: Error :Missing Paramter srlID in Chat Transcript object

Hi All ,

I am using the function Chat Transcript properties in IRD to collect the chat transcript , when the customer requests it .

I am getting the following error in the URS logs

I have used the following parametrs in the object Chat Transcript object
Email Server = name of the installed email server
Output Queue = Configured output queue for the same
Standard = <NULL>

Address = Use customer profile
Result =Attach output value

please let me know if someone has an idea

Hi,

Parameter "Standard" cannot be empty. It must contain reference to selected Standard Response. When you click on this input box it should display list of available Standard Response. If there is no one available you must create it using Knowledge Manager.

I have used the knowledge manager to create the standard response and am now not getting the "missing SrlId error"
