Hi
My client does not want to place the ANY applications in the C Drive except for the Windows OS. :(
My question is:
1. Can FlexLM be placed in D: Drive. If yes, are there any caveats to it? Any special consideration or activities to do?
2. I know most of the Genesys Server Applications (including cfg_db_Server & confserv) can be run from D: Drive. But are there any other Genesys apps that have a restriction in terms of whether they are located on C: Drive or not?
Your help is highly appreciated.
Regards

I am currently going through this with a server refresh where the C drive is considered OS only from our server guys. So we did install all of the apps, including FlexLM 9.5 on the D drive. The only caveat I have come across so far would be that FlexLM still uses the volume serial id of the c drive, even if installed on the D drive. So when you request your license still use the Volume Serial Number of the c drive.
