Hi All!
I need some consultation in my problem
Soon we will use Outbound and we need to create some custom fields in calling list.
In CME I created some field (e.g firstname with type User-Defined-Field)
Aslo created Format (e.g. test1) included my custom field
Then created TableAccess, CallingList and Campaign.
In OCM I filled calling list with some test data and started campaign, but when Agent that belongs to Outbound group logins into GAD and trying to access active campaign it receives message "No contact Available on test1 campaign"
What I`m doing wrong?
Maybe I must use some disposition codes for this custom fields?

Try to play with "Daily_From" and "Daily_Till" or change Time Zone.

Yes, changed timezone to GMT in CallingList in OCM and all works fine!
