Can anyone give me some real life examples of the volumes that Genesys OCS can handle.
I have seen it used and very stable with OCS 7.6 with pretty low volumes (40 Agents - 1K max retention calls perd day)
I would be really interested in seeing what kind of volumes OCS can handle, it would be running on a Intel Xeon 1.8Ghz of 16G of RAM. We would like to use for Telesales and collections so volumes would increase.
Any indications of volumes, version and stability would be very usefull.
