We currently have Tserver for CS1000 and thinking about moving into SIP world.
In order to do that, I believe I would need to replace Tserver(CS1000) to SIP server and would need some kind of gateway...etc.
My question is in regarding Genesys is that, Is there any additional licensing we have to buy?
We are in 7.6 and will be going to 7.6 SIP server...
Thanks.

Hi CTIgem,
Technical licenses are the same (tserver_sdn) but there is different license for TDM voice (Inbound Voice) and for SIP (SIP Server). I would suggest you to contact your Genesys sales representative and discuss the situation with him/her.

Yes, that's correct. You can find list of supported gateways in the document "Genesys Supported Media Interfaces Reference Manual".
