Hi !!
Anybody know if the Multimedia components (chat / mail) have the option to "HA" high availability ?

Hi,
Yes, Multimedia solution does support HA. You can find list of supported modes in the document "Multimedia 7.6 User's Guide", chapter "Load Balancing and Backup Configuration".

hi there!
MCR web-chat does not support any canonical HA. you may use the supported way through load balancing on Web API Server.
Java email server is support Warm standby and load balancing.

Chat server does support warm standby and chat solution provides HA through load balancing.
In some configuration it can save every message immediately in UCS (performance implication) and if session is lost (chat server crashed) you can route new one to the same agent and he will see the previouse transcript in the history.
