Title: CIV certification : about 'for multi-threaded applications'

In the document 'Certification Details_GCP7 CIV.pdf'
there is a 'for multi-threaded applications'
under 'Plan, install, and configure Genesys 7 Framework, Routing, and Reporting Solutions'

I can't find any related document about this topic.
Is there anyone who know it?

The reference is related to having had training on planning, installing and configuring Framework, Routing and Reporting Solutions.

There are insallation/deployment, operation and admin guides on the Genesys Knowledge Base Website.
