Hi everyone,

I just wanted to know that what is genesys contact server? I know about genesys tserver, stat server, configuration server, urs server, custom server and their functionality. But wanted to know about "genesys contact server".

What is the purpose of genesys contact server?
How it works?

Any document on genesys contact server will be a great help.

Universal Contact Server is the complete name, it will store the contact history and you will be able to track the customer interactions so your agents will be able to see what happened with that customer.
Check for the MCR documentation.
