Hi,
I am planning to implement a chat environment wherein i can use multiple languages for chatting. Is there a way to achieve this. Will GAD support multiple languages?
Kindly let me know if anybody is aware of this.

As far as I remember you can have many languages used in one chat session (English, French, Chinese for example) and GAD is capable to show it correctly. It's about just chat messages, not attached data.

From customer perspective i know that they can chat in any language and gad will reflect that..
What i wanted is if customer pings u in french, from gad i shud have the otion to reply back in french.
Kindly let me know how to achieve this...
In Genesys site i have read something about dictionary file. If u have any idea on that, pls explain me...

Are you looking for language recognition and forcing agent to use particular one?
If agent see the ping in french why would he use something different?
