Title: Exporting/Importing Interactive Insights reports between environments

Anyone out there using Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2) for reporting?  I'm trying to figure out how to export customized reports from one environment (dev) and import them into a different environment (QA).  There must be a way, I can't imagine that you'd have to recreate all the reports in each environment.

Hi Mismosh,

Yes it is possible, from what I read in the doc, you have to use Import Wizard that is part of all the tools you install in the server, have a look in your start menu.
