Title: T-server and JTAPI "InvalidStateExceptionImpl" Error

Hi,

I just wanted to have a discussion with you regarding JTAPI issue. I am using Screen pop up application which will appear with "Answer" button. So the user can Click the "Answer" Button instead of attending from physical phone. All users are reached by DID (There is no ACD). So when someone called from outside the screen popup are working good. When the internal call is happened (the user use to dial only the EXTENSION 5 digit number), the screen pop comes but after clicked the "Answer" button nothing happened. The call didn’t place.

In the T-server and JTAPI logs i am getting “GCID=(10,30263)->ACTIVE]->ESTABLISHED]->TALKING]InvalidStateExceptionImpl caught: Request did not meet pre-conditions” Error.

What is this error?

I have attached the JTAPI and T-server logs.

Please Advice.

Hi,

Based on provided log the agent dials his/her own number. Of course, such attempt will fail and that's the reason why agent is unable to answer the call using software button.
