Afternoon all - have a rather quirky one here. I seem to be getting duplicate results for several users and I can't see why. When I access the agent activity query results the data appears fine (login time 7.9 hours) but when the query results are moved in the report section, the user's login time doubles to 15.98. Has anyone ever comes across this before? It's probably something really easy to fix but it has me stumped! Cheers!

You could try the following:
In the query section, select the 'Query' menu, sleect 'Query Option' from the drop down.
In the box that opens, tick 'return unique rows'.
Process it and see if that makes any difference.
