Hello! I have some problems with Call Progress Detection.
I have create Proactive Contact Solution, it works, but I have not seen any CPA Result, except CPA_NORMAL.
Now installed:
1. Intel HMP (with temporary licenses)
2. Genesys Voice Platform v7.6
3. Outbound Contact
GVP Options is:
IVR Profile → CPA timeout : 10
After Connect Timeout : 10
MCU → Media Controller : HMP Intel
I have an VoiceXML application with CPA block.
I have three test cases:
Call to the Answering Machine.
Call to the Fax.
Call to the Busy telephone number.
Every time CPA RESULT=CPA_NORMAL
In GVP deployment guide and GVP reference manual I have found only three options about GVP and HMP integration: CPA timeout, After connect timeout and Media Controller, under MCU section.
Can someone tell me about HMP – GVP integration?
May be some special configuration in HMP or GVP?
