Title: Wizard Manager

I have installed Genesys Wizard Manager and tried to cofigure ERS (to install CCPulse on a workstation). When pushubg configure button I am getting the error
Automation server can't create an object CfgWizard_ERS.CfgERSWizard

I had a similar problem when I first started using ERS too.
I forgot if it was a simple installation problem or had something to do with localization; however, I recall reinstalling it and everything worked fine.


Make sure that your version of ERS wizard is not earlier than framework :) What version are you installing?
