Hello,
I would like to know if you encountered a Genesys - Microsoft CCF integration and what are the difficulties of such an integration.
I only found some business documents but no technical ones regarding this integration.
Is there a specific desktop integrated into Microsoft CCF which would handle all the call and email functionalities that Genesys usually handle with GAD ?
