Hi,
I hope someone can help.........in SCI we have no logs registering of any type. I have checked the DB server and this is set up correctly with verbose at all
any ideas?

check the next things:
1. you solution have the propertly configured message server
2. you application have the propertly configured connect to this message server

Verify where to allocate the log?
Is configured correctly?

I've had a look at this in SCI, when I click on configure logs it brings up the wizard. do I need to follow this through to get this working?
I didn't want to try this incase I messed things up

You can do it both ways with the wizard or manually, which I saw in my experience is that you must check the destination folder is created correctly.
Sometimes that's the reason.

Thanks for this, it was the destination folder which had an extra part on the end and when I restarted the message server it all worked.
