Title: threshold for number of agents in queue

I am new to the hold genesys stuff, so I am looking for a little direction.

I know how to do that actions, and thresholds for things like # of calls holding, or time etc. 

What they want to be alerted on if there are less than 10 reps in the queue.  I am unsure how to set a threshold against an actual queue.

Am I missing something so simple??

Any help would be great appreciated.
