Post by: G3n35Y5 on March 23, 2010, 12:34:53 PM
Hi,

I have to create a report in Hyperion in which I need to compute total number of agents who log in during a specific interval. Could anyone please let me know any way to create the same?

Thanks in advance..

Sorry, I haven't been able to find any of the posts on the same. Just to clarify, I need 'Total no of agents who login during an interval' and not 'Total agents logged in for an interval'. Please help..

Thanks..

Hi,

Unfortunately that is not achievable via CCA. Use CCON or ICON/Infomart or StatServer "LOGIN" table.

I think you can make a DNAction with MainMask AgentLogin to Regular DNs. That should count momentary login actions.
