They are bundled with the related GUI, aren't they. You may find them on the Tech Support website though.

hi fra,
indeed there are some helpfiles bundled with GUIs, but they consist only GUI- specific infomations. i'm looking for something else, where explanations and recommended reactions are provided directly to each Log Event IDs in particular. Here some Examples file names:
fr_logevents-help.chm------Framework
icon_logevents-help.chm-- ICON
mm_logevents-help.chm--- Multimedia
Content looks like
[i]
64-25100
Level
STANDARD
Text
Service '[servicename]' failed in method '[methodname]' ([failurereason]).
Attributes
[servicename]
The name of the Service
[methodname]
The name of the method invoked on the service
[failurereason]
The reason of the failure
Description
An error occurred while executing the mentioned Service.
Actions
Look for more information in stack-trace.

I could not find them within the installations files. Neither found sth on https://genesyslab.com/support/
Any other ideas.
Best Wishes

The chm-files are contained/distributed from within the installation executable files for each GUI. I believe that there is an option within the installation script which allows you to select/deselect installing the help files.
You've listed a few - which GUI's did they come with and what version of the GUI's are you running...?
Otherwise, I think your Account Manager/SI should be able to provide you with the latest versions of the installs for your GUI's, for you to be able to view some more up to date .chm files.
Hope this helps?

Hi,
The chm-files can be downloaded from Genesys Technical Support website - search for the ZIP file "Framework 7.6 Combined Log Events Help".
