Hi ,
My application gets telephony events using the genesys t-lib api. If the switch for my application were to migrate to an IP based Contact Center solution , would it entail any changes ? The data flow is as follows :
Switch --------------------> T-Server -------------------> MyApplication

Shouldn't be.
SIP server will take care it for you.

What type of switch? SIP Server should work great you would just need a map from the switch to the SIP server and a DN type of trunk back to the switch.
