How to get TLib SDK version 7.2+ ? I can't find it on genesys.com/support site for download.
I know that this product EOM.

You will need to ask for it to Genesys. It is not always OEM, will depend on how the sale was done. Also, it is going faceout, you need to point to Platform SDK.
