Hi guyz , can  u point what is this component? ( avaya componente i guess... )

Yes, this is a phisical card which is in inserted in the avaya cabinets. it is used to identify, detect and differenciate the call signals. Ex...identify if the call has reached voicemail at the destination, or has it been answered by the user, or if the lines are busy etc...

this is what I know...users please correct me if am wrong.

Becareful with it I have experience with it, it needs to be setup correctly, engage avaya for this.
