Does OXE version 9.0 support SIP refer method?

It's supported since at least 7.1 (i'm not sure about 7.0), but it is working fine since 8.0 due to many SIP improvements implemented in this release. Minimal required version for GVP 7.5 for example was G1.302.6 (source - Alcatel technical communications).
