Title: OpenMedia and SMS

Hi,

can someone please tell me more about how Genesys can use SMS in OpenMedia? Does it come already built-in and we do not need anything to develop to use it, or is it a lot of development?

Hi Vic,

Support for SMS (and inbound MMS) was introduced in Multimedia/eServices 8.0 (8.0.1). There is a new component - SMS Server - available that handles SMS/MMS messages.
