Title: Sending an email to multiple recepients

Hello,

We are using Genesys Multimedia solution (email) version 7.6 and we would like to know if we can send the same email to multiple recepients :  is there a maximum number of recipients ?

What do you mean by recipients? Agents? Why several agents would receive a single interaction? Several will answer to the same person??

Hi Lorenzo,

Yes, it's possible to send the same outgoing email to multiple recipients using Multimedia 7.6. I don't know what the maximum number of recipient is supported. ESJ is built using Sun JavaMail API that implements all related RFCs so you can try google to find out.

Be careful when sending single email to multiple recipients specified in "To" attribute as such email will be with high probability marked as spam by mail servers.
