Title: Ring back tone

Hello,

  Guys when we are transferring a call from SIp to an via iscc IVR port to leave a message for outbound we are getting a ringback before the message is played. the IVR port is on an AvayaT server on an Avaya switch. this is only happening when the calls are being transffered to the IVR ports not when the calls are being transffered to agents who are autoanswering.


so example

call transffered to IVR port

(ringback tone) then message is play
