Title: VTO option selection - long beep = dropped call !

We are having issues where when users select options from our VTO options, that calls are being dropped.

I have just run some tests using some of the handsets that have said they have had issues and it "appears" that on my handset (a Converse 225) it never happens, even if i hold the number option that i require down for a long time.

But, on 3 other handsets (an M3902, M3310 & M3820) it seems consistent that if i hold the option down and force a long "beep", the call does indeed drop !

Other than educating users  :) can anyone tell me if there is a technical solution to prevent VTO / Genesys / switch (a Nortel Meridian rel 25)  dropping the call ?

Quite weird. Anyway TServer and VTO logs would be needed to see what happens.
