Hi
I've installed and configured multi-site Genesys Express Voice on 1 server (Framework, Routing, TServer SIP, Stream Manager, GAD) on location 1; location 2 only have a TServer SIP and Stream Manager.
When I logged in as a agent on location 1, I'm able to dial another agent's extension within same location. However, when I logged in as a agent on location 2, I'm not able to dial another agent's extension in location 2; instead the Tserver logs showed there's a Event CALLING_TIMEOUT received and subsequently agent's DN is out of service.
I'm attaching the Tserver log. Is there some configuration I've missed out?
