Hello All,
I have a requirement to calculate EWT for Chat VirtualQ (not Interaction Queue). I gone through some Genesys Solution search and found currently stat server is not calculating EWT for chat interactions.
However, per Genesys we can achieve this by adding Handle time and VQ wait time. Did anyone try to calculate EWT like this or any other way in their environment. Kindly let me know how you're doing and its giving you the accurate result or not.
