Title: Oracle E-Business Suite and Genesys

Hello,

Is there anyone out there that is using Oracle E-Business suite and Genesys together? There is an Oracle module called "Direct CTI Integration" that requires some configuration and I am unsure as to what needs to be configured from a Genesys perspective. (i.e. Do I need Genesys Integration Server) 

We are using Oracle EBS version 11.5.10 and Genesys framework is running at version 7.6.x. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I have no experience with integration of Genesys with Oracle E-Business Suite but there is white paper available in Oracle Knowledge describing all required deployment steps. This white paper is called "Oracle Advanced Inbound CTI Application Notes Summary
" (ID 271524.1).

Thank you for the reply, I went ahead and looked the article referenced in your post and saw that this document refers to the Advanced Inbound Telephony adapter, which to my knowledge only works with Framework 6.5 and using Genesys Interaction Connector. We are using framework 7.6 and the Genesys Integration Server over here, do you know if this solution works with later versions of Genesys?

Also, is there a similar white paper available for the "Direct CTI Integration" module?
