Hello Genesys /GVP experts,
Would you please clarify that GVP in smart enough to do outbound call without URS in case customers pressed zero from IVR menu and need to be transfer to the agent or we still need to have URS?
Also what is the difference between “Transfer connect” and “Outbound call” from GVP/IVR platform?

GVP doesn't need URS never...GVP can dial standalone without OCS even.

GVP 7.x will need to use OBN to call out while GVP 8.X will need to use SSG to dial out with out it GVP will not be able to make out bound calls,
