				Hello 
   when I try to send a call to and edify IVR port via Genesys outbound over a VTD, i do not get the proper results. ie the results dont get updated in the OCM.   All I get is the record in Retrieved status and then they stale out.  
the calls are made and the calls are transferred out.  PLease can some one help
