Title: OUtbound table is not updating

Hello

  when I try to send a call to and edify IVR port via Genesys outbound over a VTD, i do not get the proper results. ie the results dont get updated in the OCM.  All I get is the record in Retrieved status and then they stale out. 

the calls are made and the calls are transferred out.  PLease can some one help

Again..guys, how many times shall we say again we need LOGS, can't troubleshoot just reading a high level narrative...
