Hi all
I have a small problem
I need to add field in the GAD.
The field will allows the supervisor to see the number of the person, with which each operator is talking. If the operator is talking with the certain agency, then in this field should be display the name of the agency.

This field for supervisor desktop. How do I make the attach data on specific calls?

Use Key value pair like,
Key= Agency
Value=AgencyName you can mix with call type or another attached data which you have..
