Title: VQ in email routing for statistic porpuse
Post by: vma on May 18, 2010, 04:08:35 PM
Hi again,
Another day, another question :)
I want to place some VQs in my email routing for statistic purposes. I prefer VQ's because I can have filters on them. So I created a variable, initialized it with 1 and used the Selection object. At the condition I put this variable. So the emails should just flow trough this VQ and go further. The problem is that even if the emails go in this VQ they always exit the object in on the red exit. So the statistic Entered is populated but the Distributed is not populated.
Do you know why?

Thank you,
Mihai

Hi,
So the statistic Entered is populated but the Distributed is not populated.
Distributed is increased only if an interaction was routed to a valid target e.g. agent.
